  I became frustrated with the clinic due to an misunderstanding about their clock/computer system.. i love Dr. Levenson so I decided to try again. However, at each subsequent visit, i received a very cool reception from the front desk personnel. Specifically, eyes avert, im not greeted or acknowledged. In fact, i arrived first one day and i had to ask to nurse if she knew i was present. Im sure Im not the only patient that has gotten irritated and voiced a complaint i dont get it. Move on and be respectful. BTW. the front receptionist spends a ton of time on personal phone calls. Ill be sharing this info with my PCP
